Tomato Soup

Ingredients :    
Tomatoes - 4 nos
Sugar - a pinch
Salt - 4 tspn
Pepper powder - 2 tspn
Garam Masala Powder - 3 tspn
Red chilly powder - 1 tspn
Curry leaves - 10 nos
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Water - as required

procedure:
  • Put a vessel on the stove and pour water in to it.

  • Put the tomatoes in to the water and boil it well. Ensure the tomatoes are fully dipped in water.

  • When it is done, the tomato skin breaks and begin to peel off.

  • Now take the tomatoes out and remove the skin with your hands.

  • Put it in to the mixer jar and grind it to a juicy consistency.

  • Then pour the juicy tomato again to the vessel and bring to a boil.

  • Add a pinch of sugar, salt , pepper powder , Garam Masala powder and chilly powder to it.

  • Boil till the soup is thick.

  • Now add curry leaves and boil for one minute...

  • Turn off the stove...

  • Now you can garnish it with toasted bread crumbs,cheese or herbs, and serve hot...
