Method:
Roast white sesame seeds till it is light golden in
colour and emits a fragrance.
Melt jaggery in water and boil till it becomes a
thread like consistency. When you press between the fingertips a dry strand is
visible. Turn off the flame.
Add the roasted sesame and powered elaichi to the
jaggery and mix well. Let it cool for a minute. Make small balls from the
mix. You can make around 12 balls from this mixture.
