Based on suicides amongst the youth, Hope is a realistic take on the education system of the country.

Specialty of the film is that S.P. Balasubrahmanyam has lent his voice to the dialogues uttered by Dr D Ramanaidu. Kalyani excelled in her character. Vizag Prasad, who played the role of Prof Subrahmayam also did justice to his role.

Director conveys an excellent theme through Hope, which is meant to create widespread awareness and spark off meaningful debate on the subject of education and its role in moulding the society.
