Method:
Take any good quality cotton cloth. Wash to remove excess starch. Dry & iron it and stitch a cushion cover. Trace any good design and paint it with fabric colors.
If u are not good at stitching, u could buy any color plain cushion or pillow covers and trace any design and paint it.
