Take the material, and make small knots using the rubber bands.
Boil some water with salt. Cool and add colour powder to this water. Make sure that you are adding the bright colour first.
Let the colour dissolve in the water.
Now dip the cloth in water for some time.
Now take it out of the water and dry it without removing the rubber bands.
Once it dries well, remove the knots; you can see some beautiful round shape designs on it.
Again make knots with rubber bands by avoiding already dyed areas of the cloth. In one or two places you can make knots on the coloured circles of the cloth.
Again make some boiled salt water and this time, add a light colour.
Dip cloth in the water for some time.
Take it out of the water and dry it well as before.
Once the cloth dries well, remove the knots.
