Chandola Lake is located at the Dani Limbda Road in Ahmedabad. It is an artificial lake erected by the wife of Mughal Sultan Tajn Khan Nari Ali. It was originally built to serve as a reservoir of water. The water from this lake is used for irrigation as well as for industrial purposes. The tomb of Shah Alam lies adjacent to the lake. The lake acts as a tourist spot. The best time to visit this place is during the evenings.
