Commercial Museum, established in 1956 by the Guwahati University, is the first of its kind in the country set up in an educational complex. The museum houses art and crafts, commercial products, minerals and rocks, coins etc. The museum is open daily, from 12.30pm to 6.30pm. Closed on Sundays and University holidays. Photography is not allowed inside the museum and entry is free.
