Crew change for Green Dragon in Leg 3 Volvo Ocean Race

Steve Hayles (GBR) and James Carroll (IRL) will be replacing Navigator Ian Moore and Pitman Tom Braidwood of Green Dragon for Leg 3 of the Volvo Ocean Race. Steve Hayles, a veteran who has 15 years of professional yacht racing experience including four previous Whitbread and Volvo ocean races will be navigating the short 10 day race. On the other hand, James Carrol who is currently the on shore captain of Green Dragon boat is a fresher to the race.

Rotations onboard are likely to take place through out the race. These changes have been planned since the start of the race. Navigator Ian Moore and Pitman Tom Braidwood will be rejoining the crew in Singapore at the end of Leg 3.
