Method :
Chop Onions, greenchillies and capsicum into small pieces. Boil rice in 4 cups of water. If using a pressure cooker, switch off after one whistle. Open the cooker only after the steam completely goes. Rice will be ready. Put oil in the pan
and tamper it with mustard, onions and green chillies. Fry onions until
brown.
Add chopped capsicum and black pepper powder, salt and
mix it well and allow the capsicum to get cooked till soft.
Add cooked rice to the above mixture and fry for about
5 minutes and squeeze lemon to it.
Garnish with grated carrot and serve it hot |
