Cooking Method:
Heat Olive oil in a non stick pan , add chopped onion and saute it well for 3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies and again fry it for one minute. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Put chicken along with required salt and pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add 3 tbsp of chicken stock and saute for five minutes until the dish becomes dry. Add chopped parsely and mix well. Check for seasoning. .
Take a Kubbus and top it with prepared chicken and roll it. Now the chicken wrap is ready to serve.
