Cinematographer-turned-director Amal Neerad's new film Big B stars Mammooty in the lead role. The film tells the story of a body guard. Mammooty is Bilal, a native of Kochi who goes to Mumbai and works as a bodyguard. After staying away for years from his native town, he returns to the city. With that, the story begins to unfold. Kochi and Mumbai are the two main locations.

Tamil actor Pasupathy plays the role of a Police Commissioner in this film. Mamta Mohandas appears in the female lead. It is her second film with Mammootty, earlier being 'Bus conductor'. This movie introduces Nafisa Ali, Sumit Naval, Manasa, Sherveer vakil, Pashupathi into Malayalam Film Industry. Nafisa Ali plays the role of a social worker, very much her real life.

The star cast includes Manoj.K.Jayan, Vijaya Raghavan, Bala, Maniyan Pilla Raju, Innocent, T.J.Ravi, Sreeraman, Lena etc. The film is produced by Shahul Hameed Marikar and Anto Joseph. Music is by Alphonce and Sceenplay by Sameer Thahir. Big B is going to hit the theatres by Vishu.
