Cooking Method:
At first mix the maida, salt, oil and make a dough and
keep it for 1 hour. on the other side soak dal for 1 hour, then cook it
adding 1 bowl of water, mash it with the help of mixer, after this mix
is ready take a pan and make it hot for 2 minutes then add sugar and that
green gram mix, elaichi.
After it becomes thicker u remove it. Make a small puri
of the maida dough and put a small roll of green gram mix (hoorana) and
cover it by the same puri only.
And make it like a roti and put on hot tawa with adding
ghee... Holiges ready to serve.
Notice: Maida puri should be small and hoorana should be big roll and slowly cover it up with the same puri only. |
