Coconut Pudding

Ingredients :
   

Coconut

- 1(full)
Rice (soaked before 6 hrs)
- 1.5 cups
Sugar
- 1 cup
Cardamom powder
- 1 spoon
Ghee
- 1 cup
Cashews raisins - as desired

Method :

  1. Grate the coconut and grind it with soaked rice by adding little amount of water and extract the milk from it.

  2. Take a pan and pour the milk and heat it after adding ghee and sugar in a thick-bottomed vessel.

  3. Stir it continuously until the mix thickens.

  4. Take a greased tray and pour the mix on the tray.

  5. Garnish it with fried cashews and raisins.

  6. Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
