Coconut Milk Kheer

Ingredients :    
Coconut milk
- 5 cup
Boiled milk
- 1 cup
Sugar
- 1/2 cup
Rice
- 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp
Pistachios, crushed coarsely - 5

Method :

Bring the boiled coconut milk add the rice and let it cook fully. Add boiled milk. Let the mixture be semi solid. Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. Then add the remaining ingredients. Serve hot.

(Makes five servings. Shelf life : one day).
