Preparation :
Marinate prawns with chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt n a bowl & mix well. Keep aside for 15 mins.
Heat some oil in a pan, add curry leaves, and then the prawns and fry for 5 minutes. then move the fried prawns to a plate.
Add fenugreek, cumin, dry red chillies, curry leaves, & grated coconut to the same oil and saute well.
Add green chilly, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion,and salt, again mix it well.
Add chopped tomato and when the oil separates add fried prawns and cook well for a few more minutes.
Prawns Roast is ready.. Move it to a serving bowl and Serve Hot !!!
