Preparation : Marinate 500gm of mutton with pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, gingergarlic paste, garam masala & lime juice. After 45 min add some water and pressure cook the meat upto 4 whistles. Open the cooker only after the steam evaporates. Heat some oil in a pan, add crushed pepper and onion, saute well. Add chopped garlic, ginger as well as ginger garlic paste and green chilly, mix it well. When the onion turns golden add turmeric powder, coriander powder & garam masala. Again saute well. After 5 min add chopped tomato and some salt. Mix and close the pan with a lid. After some time open the pan and add the cooked mutton with its stock to the pan. Add some pepper powder and mix well. Then close the pan & cook well for some time. Open the pan after a few minutes and mix well. Add one bowl of cashew paste and again mix well. Keep the pan close for a few more minutes. When you open the pan we can see thick gravy. Move the curry to a serving bowl, Serve hot!!! |
