Preparation :
Heat cumin, pepper, clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon with some oil in a pan for a minute. Then move the ingredients to a mixy jar.
Again heat turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder in the pan. After the powders changes color move the ingredents to the mixy jar. Grind well till it is finely powdered.
Mix the powdered masala and mutton (500gm) together well along with juice of half a lemon. Salt and some fenugreek seeds.
After 45 mins add some water and pressure cook the meat for 4-5 whistles.
Take a pan add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, shallots,ginger garlic paste, green chilly saute well.
After that add chopped onion and some salt saute well.
Once the onions glaze, add tomato & saute till the oil separates. Add mutton with the boiled gravy & water (if needed) Close with a lid and cook well.
After 15mins, add coconut milk add coriander leaves and curry leaves.
Mix well and cook for 10 more mins.Move the curry to a serving plate.
