Preparation :
Clean mutton & cut into bite size pieces.
Marinate mutton pieces with ground or
crushed garam masala, chilly powder,
turmeric powder, coriander powder,
fenugreek powder and salt for 30-45 min.
Cook the marinated meat
in a cooker, with enough
water to cover the meat,
for 15-20 minutes
or till 5 to 6 whistles ...Heat some oil in a pan add ginger, garlic, followed by green chilly, curry leaves, shallot,
onion and salt, saute well ...
When the onions become translucent add pepper powder, tomato,
garam masala, turmeric powder,
chilly powder and coriander powder
for the gravy and again mix well .
After mixing well, when
the oil separates,
add boiled mutton
into the pan, mix well
& saute for 3- 5 mins.
Finally add 1/2 glass of thick coconut milk
and keep on a low flame
for a few minutes
& move to a serving plate..
