Cooking Method :
Let me introduce our special dish prawns dry fry/Idukki Gold.
In order to prepare this dish half boil the prawns by adding Tamarind, Salt and Vinegar.
Take a small portion of drained half cooked prawns in a bowl along with chopped coconut pieces, greenchilles, garlic, chopped shallots and onions.
To this lets add special masala made by mixing spices such as pepper, vinegar, turmeric and red chilly.
Mix all the Ingredients along with the masala also include a portion of Beaten egg, Rice powder and curry leavesinto the recipe.
Once the oil turns hot, fry the formely made masala coatd prawns into the pan.
Prawns dry fry/Idikki Gold is done.
Sprinkle a spoon of Pepper powder over the Idikki gold fish.
