Cooking Method :

Pour some water into a pan on a stove, keep the flame at medium mode and let it boil. Add Cauliflower florets into the pan along with salt and turmeric powder and let it cook for a few minutes. Turmeric powder is known for its powerful antioxidant properties. Drain water and keep the cooked florets aside in a bowl.

Now that we have cooked cauliflower, it is time to prepare the Masala. Heat some oil in the pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves followed by thinly sliced onions and keep sautéing until it turns golden brown. You can add some more oil if necessary. Then put in the formerly cooked cauliflower florets to the cooked masala. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the recipe, sauté for 5minutes and switch off the stove.. Your yummy Cauliflower fry is ready to serve.
