Cooking Method :
Put the pan on the stove, add oil and splutter cumin seeds.
Add chopped onion and sauté it for a minute.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute it again for 5 minutes till the onions change to a pale pink colour.
Add turmeric powder, tomato and salt and blend it well.
Lower the flame and add chopped capsicum, chicken masala, tomato sauce and cook for a minute covered....
Then remove the lid and sauté for some time to mix it well together.
Turn off the stove...
Now add coriander leaves and serve it with chappathi or fried rice.
