A dog of a Chinese breed with long hair and bluish- black tongue. The Chow Chow is an independent, loyal and dog breed who makes an excellent guard dog.

Native :China.

Height :18 - 22 inches.

Weight :20-32kg.

Colour : Black, red, blue, fawn and cream.

Coat :Rough, abundant, dense.

Temperament :Alert, independent, strong-willed.

Life Span :12 - 15 years.
