The bubbly Preity had two films to her credit last year, 'Jaane E- Mann' and 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna'.

KANK wasn't a critics delight but the audience came in plenty to see her, Shahrukh, Rani Mukherjee, Abishekh and Amitabh Bachchan coming together in the film.

Even though Preity was sidelined in the movie, she managed her role well  in KANK.  In 'Jaane E- Mann' she paired with Salman, and Akshay Kumar for the first time. As a single mother in the movie she gave a restrained performance.
