The three men come together in a big time singing competition. By winning
the competition, each of them has something to gain in their life and
prove to their girls. Who wins and who loses is to be seen...
The credit goes to the director for narrating an otherwise ordinary story
beautifully. The relationships between the couples especially Hritik,
Jojo and Krish, Raksha has some touching movements. The dialogues and
of course 14 of Burman's all time favourite songs, add to the effect.
Mahadevan should have given more attention to the other couples characters
also.
Performance wise, Jimmy Shergill and Namrata Shirodkar have done their
roles with ease. Namrata looks beautiful and has talent too. Jimmy Shergill
is natural as the easy going rich boy. Madhavan is likable and does some
of his scenes very well. The rest of the cast is just about okay.
The movie is average, but a must see for R.D Burman music lovers.
