Hum Aapke Hain Koun was a
celebration of Indian traditions.. Another blockbuster that made a
mark in the Bollywood box office history.
A film of love, loyalty and family values ran
to packed theaters and crossed the 100th week mark in some of the
theatres. Scripted and directed by Sooraj R Barjatya, grandson of
Tarachand Barjatya founder of Rajshri Productions and starring Salman Khan and Madhuri
Dixit, the
story is about two Indian families and the relationships between
them. Madhuri's performance in this
film was the crowning glory of her career.
Its popular soundtrack, including 14 songs with the legendary Lata Mangeshkar singing 12 of
them was scored by
Raam Lakshaman.
The movie was dubbed into English as 'Your's Forever', Tamil as 'Ambaalayam'
and Telugu as 'Premalayam' and became a silver
jubliee(175 days) film in Tollywood.
