Step 1:- Lets start by cutting off the center portion of the paper plate like this.
Step 2:- Make small pieces of Chinese paper of 3X3 inch size.
Step 3:- Apply glue all around the cropped paper plate.
Step 4 :- Crumple the Chinese paper by using your index finger and stick it on to the plate.
Step 5:- Cover the entire paper plate with bit size paper pieces. Let it dry.
Step 6:- Take the ½ meter long ribbon, make a bow out of it by attaching it cross wise.
Now our Paper plate wreath is ready for display..
