Lets begin by blowing the balloon fully to make a firm base for the Light shade.
Apply glue on top of the balloon and wrap a thin layer of gauze or bandage over the balloon covering the entire balloon with out leaving any gap in between.
Now mix a cup of Plaster of Paris with Fevicol and water. Apply a thin coat of this mixture on top of the balloon covering two third of the balloon.
Now stick color paper bits, tissue paper etc on top of the Plaster of Paris mixture and leave until dry. This might take several days.
Using pin lets pop the balloon and remove it from the shade carefully.
Your paper made light shade is all set, you may fix it using appropriate holder and bulb.
Light up any corner or room of your choice. Make more of such light shades and enjoy your free time..
