We can start by painting the terracotta vase with Black Acrylic color as its base coat. Use a large brush for broader strokes. Let the vase dry thoroughly.
Meanwhile mix M-seal for molding purpose… M-seal usually comes in two parts, in white and black. Mix the parts well till you get a greyish color. Add some Talcum powder to turn the greyish color to white so that we can colour the M-seal in light or dark shades.
Take a piece of the mixed m-seal and roll using your palms and stick it over the painted vase. Since we are planning to mould a wine tree on the pot, the design should come across as the stem and branches of the wine tree.
Now roll some M-seal into oval shaped balls of similar size to resemble Grapes. You can stick the balls on to the vase to resemble a bunch of grapes. We can design small curly vines as well, on the vase. In the same way, roll more m-seal and gently press it to give a flat round shape.
Using a knife, cut out a leaf shape and stick over the vase. We can design the texture of the leaf using the back of the knife.
Similarly add more grapes and leaves on to your vase based on your aesthetic sense.
Now paint the molded grapes, using a light purple color. A tint of black and white acrylic color can be used to get a darker shade of purple. Similarly you can mix shades of green, white and yellow colors to get an attractive greenish shade to color the grape vine. Now keep your painted vase for drying..
