Method:
First of all, cover your work surface with newspaper. Take a CD and cover the shiny side of the CD with glue. Spread the glue evenly on the CD using a brush.
Sprinkle your colored sand all over the glue. Be generous with the glue and the sand so that the entire CD is covered. You can use a single color of sand or more than one color. If you want to make a design on your CD, spread glue on the CD a little at a time, working with one color of sand at a time. Carefully pat the sand onto the CD, let it set for a few minutes, and then gently shake any extra sand off the CD.
Now you can embellish your CD however you like. Use your creativity and decorate your CD using different craft materials such as rhinestones, sequins, seed beads, etc. After decorating your CD, let it sit to dry for few hours. After drying completely, you can put one tealight candle on the center hole of CD.
