The city centre mall, situated at Untawadi Ring Road in Nasik at a distance of 5 km from Central bus stand and 12 km from the railway station, is the largest mall in Maharashtra. Spreads over an area of around 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 m2), this mall opened in April 2009 is developed by the Sarda group in partnership with Erdeen Fund Management, a PE firm from London. The majority of the mall complex is occupied with famous brands like Big Bazaar, Pantaloon, Cantabil, Woodland, Blackberrys, Lee wrangler, Levis, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Reliance, Lilliput, Raymond's, Turtle etc. Various food court brands like Dosa Plaza, Indian Delight, China Wok, Cafe Bollywood, Baskin Robins, Sweet World, Mc Donald etc. are there for the Hungry and thirsty Shoppers.

The other facilities are ATM centre, power backup, 20 escalators, 10-kitchened food court from where 350 customers will be able to enjoy a variety of cuisines at a time , a comfortable auditorium that can accommodate as many as 500 people, 5-screen multiplex, 12,000 sq.ft terrace lawn for parties and get together. Another added attraction is the 20 feet (6.1 m) long aquarium with rare species of fish. The underground and 5 story multi-level parking facility of the mall can accommodate over 1400 vehicles at a time. 
The mall remains opens from 11am to 10pm.
