Bhavanishankar Temple
 

Dedicated to Lord Narayana, Bhavanishankar Temple located in Old Hubli has been built in Chalukyan style of architecture. The temple is believed to be constructed during 1068-1076 A.D by the Chalukyan king, Someshwara 11. The idol is the presiding deity is located inside the inner sanctum and is surrounded by carvings representing the Dashavathara or the ten incarnations of God.
