Method :
Take a vessel or bowl mix flours, sesame seed, coriander
leaves, peanut powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, soda
bicarb, ginger-garlic paste, sugar and salt add water and make a thick
paste.
Heat the 2 tbsp of oil and add to the paste Grease a
deep platter and spread the paste evenly. Steam for 15 minutes. In a idli
streamer or pressure cooker.
D'nt keep weight.Remove the steamed things and cool it.Cut
in a diamond shaped pieces.Heat the oil and deep fry these pieces.
Serve hot kothimbir vada with green/coconut chutney. For children it can be served with tomato sauce. Even with nice curd.
