Cut the bottom part of the bottle.
Take a cardboard and stick a colour paper on it. Put the bottle bottom upside down on top of it and imagining that is the shell of the turtle, draw legs and head of the turtle.
Now cut out the shape. 
Keep the bottle bottom upside down again on top of it. Insert needle and thread through the cardboard legs of the turtle and take it through the top of the bottle base and insert the needle through the opposite leg of the turtle. Again take it back through the other leg, across the top and insert through the next leg. In this way, fasten the bottle bottom to the cardboard.
Draw eyes, nose and mouth on the head portion of the turtle.
You can cut out a round shape, stick on top of the turtle where the threads cross over. And now we are finished. |
