Fish Cutlet
Ingredients :

Method :
Boil fish with salt and turmeric and flake.
Saute onion, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
Add fish and sauté. Add pepper powder.
Add potato and mix . Make balls and flatten lightly. Dip in egg and coat with fresh bread crumbs. Deep fry and serve with tomato sauce.
