Beef Pickle

Ingredients:

   
Beef - 300 gm
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Boil beef with the above ingredients.
Chili powder - 2-and1/2 tbsp
Ginger minced
- 2 tsp
Garlic - 2 tsp
Grind chili powder, ginger and garlic.    
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Gingelly oil - 1 cup
Vinegar    
Garlic whole 
- ½ cup
Ginger sliced
- ¼ cup
Green chilies  - ¼ cup
 
Method:
Fry boiled beef and keep it aside. Fry whole garlic, sliced ginger, green chilies and curry leaves. Add the ground chili paste. Sauté it well. Add the fried beef. Mix well then add vinegar and salt. As required. When cold keep in airtight container.
