Cheddar Cheese ( for Topping)
In a bowl combine all of the meat loaf ingredients mix lightly, but
thoroughly. Put meat loaf mixture in round loaftin or shape into loaf on a
rack and bake for 30 mins or until cooked. Remove meat loaf from oven.Spoon
the spinach on top of meat loaf and of with cheese bake for 8 to 10
mins.
Tip: Meat loaf can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated,
covered or frozen for up to 3 months.
PS - Line the loaf tin with greased butter paper
