Method:
Heat oil in a pan add 1 spoon urud dhal and a small quantity of tamarind + garlic + a big tomato (finely chopped)+ green chillies +palak(finely chopped)and salt to taste
A little bit of frying the above ingredients is enough keep aside till the heat goes out.
Take a mixie and grind all the above (don’t grind like a paste) kora korappa grind. Palak is very good for health.
