Green chilli

Butter
   
Bread    

 

Method :

In a bowl break an egg, add chopped onion, green chilli and a bit of salt and mix the batter. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Take a piece of bread and coat it with the batter on one side and put this side of the bread on the pan and shallow fry. Turn over the bread and repeat the same process.
