Ingredients:

Cucumber
|

Orange juice
|

200ml |
Lettuce/cabbage

5-10 gma/as required |
Salt
|

to taste |
| Chilly flakes |

|
Method :
-
Pour the juice in a pan in low flame.
-
Let the juice reduice to half.
-
Add salt to taste & chilly flakes as per taste.

Wash the cucumber well peels them.
-
Cut them in cubes.
-
Wash the cabbage/lettuce. Cut them also in cubes as cucumber.
-
Put cucumber, cabbage/lettuce, orange juice together.
-
Check the seasoning.
-
Mix well.
-
Keep it in fridge
-
Take it out before serving.
It is very refreshing in summer season. |
