Method :
Grind all the ingredients of the
masala together, clean both the dhal and cook in water. With the spices cook
the drumstick pieces separately in water and enough salt.
Fry the small cubed potatoes to
a golden colour and remove. Put the onions and when they are brown add the masala
and fry well. Put a little salt and the cooked drumsticks. Stir carefully without
breaking them. Add the dhal mixed in water to a thick paste. When it starts
to boil add the fried potatoes, the lime juice, slit green chillies and the
minced coriander leaves and remove from fire. |
