Rasam Masala Method II

Ingredients :    

Dried Chilli

- 50 gm

Coriander

- 75 gm

White gram

- 50 gm

Besan Dal

- 50 gm

Tuvar Dal

- 50 gm

Fenugreek

- 50 gm

Turmeric powder

- 25 gm

Pepper

- 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp



Method :

Roast all the ingredients except turmeric powder. Make a fine powder of the roasted ingredients with the turmeric powder. Store the masala in an airtight container.
