Method of Preparation :
In a pressure cooker, add the chopped beef, onion, tomatoes, chilly, crushed ginger & garlic, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, 2 tbs of coconut oil, mix well and add 1/2 glass of water and cook on fire.
After a whistle keep for 15 min in low fire. Meanwhile saute the grated coconut in a pan with cumin seeds for 2 min.
Then grind this mixture together and mix this with the cooked meat. You can garnish it with curry leaves and serve hot. |
