Eligibility
Applicants for the FPM should have a Master' s degree or its equivalent
in any discipline with three years of relevant work experience.
OR
CA/ICWA or CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidate) and
three years of relevant work experience.
OR
BE/B.Tech degrees or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for
SC/ST candidates) and four years of relevant work experience
Duration : 4 years
Admission Process: Interested candidates are required
to (1) apply online to take the XLRI Admissions Test (XAT), and after
that (2) apply online to XLRI for the FPM. Those who will be taking
the XAT should visit http://www.xlri.edu and follow the instructions
for applying to XLRI for the FPM.
After registering for XLRI,the candidate has to download the XLRI pay-in-slip.A
non-refundable amount (refer the site for the amount) is tendered along
with the pay-in-slip to obtain XLRI Prospectus 2010 from select branches
of Axis Bank.The detachable form given in the prospectus has to be filled-up
and sent to Admission Office along with the XLRI's copy of XLRI pay-in-slip.Alternatively,one
can register for XLRI after obtaining a DD.A candidate has to first
make a non-refundable DD in favour of 'XLRI Jamshedpur A/C Prospectus'
payable at Jamshedpur and then register for XLRI at www.xlri.edu after
registering for XAT.The candidates then has to send the XLRI PA form(
to be downloaded after registering for XLRI) along with the DD to Admission
Office,XLRI,Circuit House Area (East),Jamshedpur-831001.The admission
office will dispatch the prospectus to the candidate on receiving the
form and demand draft.
